  • Cypress

A symbol of eternal life, evergreen cypress has a fresh, coniferous scent. Its essential oil is traditionally known for calm cough. To get this benefit, add a few drops to a capful of Unscented Bath & Body Wash, and pour the mixture under warm running water. Cypress essential oil is also excellent for soothing winter-related joint pain. Mix a few drops with a little Unscented Massage & Body Oil into the palm of your hand and rub onto painful joints. It’s not surprising that it has become synonymous with festivities! It also has excellent antiviral properties that help us to deal with frequent wintertime illnesses more effectively. An ultrasonic diffuser is the best way to enjoy the benefits of cinnamon essential oil. Pour a few drops in the diffuser’s water reservoir, and add a softer essential oil like orange or mandarin. - 2 to 6 drops of Balsam Fir
- 5 to 7 drops of Orange
- 1 to 2 drops of Cinnamon
- 2 to 4 drops of Peppermint
