  • Cypress

A symbol of eternal life, evergreen cypress has a fresh, coniferous scent. Its essential oil is traditionally known for calm cough. To get this benefit, add a few drops to a capful of Unscented Bath & Body Wash, and pour the mixture under warm running water. Cypress essential oil is also excellent for soothing winter-related joint pain. Mix a few drops with a little Unscented Massage & Body Oil into the palm of your hand and rub onto painful joints.
